Simply create an account and we’ll set up a blind date with the best potential match based on your profile. Agree upon a time for your date through the website's event scheduling system. At the scheduled time, log into our website and start your date. Just as our name says, your date is 15 minutes in duration. After the meeting has ended, both parties can indicate if they would like further contact. If mutual interest is indicated, contact information for both parties is exchanged.

How do I control who will be matched up with me?

At 15minuteDate.com, we use your profile information to perform a "Bidirectional Match". You will only be matched with 1) candidates who have the qualities that you are looking for and 2) who are looking for the qualities that you have based on information entered in your profile. You can complete your own profile as well as the qualities you are looking for in a dream date in the "Unified Profile" section. Since you control the level of detail in your Unified Profile, you can concentrate on those qualities that are most important to you. For example, if you select the ethnicity for the match to be "Any", you can be matched with a member who may be of any ethnic background.

Will the website match me to someone who is not an active member?

Our website tracks our user profile database so that profiles of users who failed to respond to blind date request will be temporarily disabled. Also, if a user has already found his/her desired partner and no longer requires our service, they can voluntarily delete their account.

I don't have a webcam, can I still use the service?
|

Use of a webcam is recommended and greatly improves the experience of meeting someone online. Users who don't have a webcam can still use text-based chat during the blind date. However, to ensure fairness, if one party has a webcam but his/her date doesn't, the user with the webcam will be notified and has the choice of disabling video before the date starts.

Does the server keeps any video record of my blind date meeting?

Users of our service can download a video-chat client software that allows two users on a date to see live video of each other. The client software is completely free of charge and does not contain spyware/malware. The client software displays a small ad banner within the program and does not use any popup windows.
